Hi, I'm Anni

Also known as NiuNae, which comes from 牛奶 niú nǎi meaning "cow's milk" in Mandarin.

I'm from Berlin, Germany, but now based in a small town near London in the UK to live a slower life. For the past 13 years, I've been moving around Europe to pursue my career as a User Interface Artist in the games industry. After I got laid off from a stable-seeming job at Epic Games, I decided to try to make a living creating my own art.

Alongside my career in games, I've been an illustrator since childhood, passionate about creating fantasy pieces in my own style, filled with vibrant mermaids, fairies and witches.

Art FAQ

I use an iPad Pro (13 in), Apple Pencil 2 and Procreate to create my artwork.

I live in the UK in a small town about a 30 minute drive from London.

If you want to use my art as a profile picture, create fan art of my characters or draw inspiration from it in any way, I'd be delighted to grant your request if you provide proper credit and link back to my shop/page/instagram account. I would appreciate it if you informed me if you did so.

Creating copies, tracing or passing my artwork as your own is prohibited.

Postcard Shop FAQ

All postcards in the size A6. That is 10.5 x 14.8 cm, 105 x 148 mm or 4.1 x 5.8 inches.

Yes! Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order if you are ordering outside of the UK!

The postcards will be shipped in a standard C6 letter envelope.

If I have your postcard in stock, I will send out your order on the same day.

- Domestic (UK) orders will take 1-3 business days
- International orders can take 1-4 weeks depending on location

To ensure the highest possible quality I get my postcards professionally printed by Moo UK.

No. This might change in the future, but at the moment my business is not big enough to be eligible for VAT.

If the order has not been shipped yet, then yes, I can provide a refund.
If it has already been shipped. No, the cost of shipping is included in the price. A return would exceed the price of the postcard itself. But if your postcard gets lost or damaged in transit, I will send out a replacement. Just send me a message through the form below. Don't forget to include your full name and order number.

Mail Club FAQ

Each month you will receive a double sided A4 letter with a chapter of the story, an illustrated double sided postcard with an illustration that depicts a scene from the chapter, ane sticker or sticker sheet themed after the time of year and an illustrated spell card or ritual suggestion based on the time of year, a loyalty card in your first purchase, a small sphynx cat sticker all inside of an illustrated envelope along with a custom wax and embossed seal.

Each month, you will receive a loyalty sphynx cat sticker. If you collect 6 in the same row on your loyalty card (it doesn't matter if you skipped a month), don't worry, I will keep track of your orders, you will get a free postcard from my shop in your next snail mail delivery.

The price of the mail club includes shipping, which are the cost of the stamps. To make the mail club fair for UK customers, I included two different pricing options. Since domestic stamps are cheaper than international ones. If you are not from the UK, but accidentally chose the UK pricing option I will cancel your order and you will get a refund, but you are free to repurchase the mail club again with the right pricing.

All letters are sent out on the 20th of each month. The sign-up period will close after the 18th of each month.

Subscriptions made after the 18th of each month will receive the next month's letter.

You will be charged on the same day you subscribed each month. So if you for example subscribed on the 6th of June, you will be charged again on the 6th of July.

If you have not received your letter after 1 month please contact me directly via the Contact form below and I will re-send you the letter.

You can change or modify your information in your profile. Click on the icon of the little person in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to your profile. Please note If you modify your address after the 18th of the month it will only change the address for the mail club letter for the next month as the current month letter will already be printed and shipped out. Please contact me via the form on the About & Contact page directly if this has happened to you.

You can cancel your subscription at any point. To manage your subscription, you have to have a shop account or create a new account at checkout.
